Karen Tyrrell

Karen Tyrrell was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She attended Ursuline Academy then went on to Texas A&M University and l’Université de Paris La Sorbonne graduating with degrees in Economics, International Business, and French. Upon graduation, she worked as a financial analyst and a corporate trainer. After moving to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2005, Karen dedicated her time to raising her children while working as a professional photographer before becoming a Realtor. Her happiest moments as a photographer were spent with charitable groups such as Golf Fights Cancer, the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, The Jim & Tabitha Furyk Foundation, and many other local schools and nonprofits. Working as a Realtor has been incredibly rewarding for Karen as it combines all her past work experience and interests in finance, photography, and consulting. As a Ponte Vedra Beach resident since 2005, Karen is dialed in to all the area neighborhoods, schools, beach clubs, and community activities and is also a Nocatee Certified Agent. After years in the mortgage business, Karen understands that navigating the purchase and sale of a home can often be daunting and complex, but she is here to guide you through the transaction and aims to provide only the best in customer experience!
