Gwinn Volen

REALTOR ®, Founder

Over the last 12 years, Gwinn Volen has built an annual +$100M+ real estate business. Through her experiences, certain sales sit closer to her heart, often those where she is most needed and appreciated - the senior move.

At 56, Gwinn is sitting in the generational pocket where her mom is figuring out her next steps. Is it better for her mom to stay in the home she's been in for 50 years, move to independent living, or maybe get a small home nearby? For now, Gwinn depends on trusted resources in her hometown of Augusta, GA, while her mom is still living in the family home.

Over the last several years, Gwinn's goal has been to create curated resources for seniors and their families in her own community at the Beaches. She aims to always give that same level of honesty, care, and competence to her customers that she does to her mom.

Jennifer Walker

REALTOR ®, Senior Downsizing Specialist

Jennifer Walker is a Jacksonville native who lives in Marsh Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach with her husband, two children, and dog, Cocoa.
